By now I should’ve applied for at least 10 jobs for my civil service which begins in February 04, but I’ve got a totalt of 3 and two of them have already answered ‘no’.
I haven’t gotten all the shots for my Cuba-trip, either, so things are heaping up real fast. Here’s what I have to do:
- Quit my dayjob. My application won’t be in effect before a month has passed.
- Write a letter to my insurance company about my stay in Cuba.
- Clean and tidy up my room:P

Yep, that’s right! After alot of bullshitt’n around, I finally gave up and started over again. So, here we are, only now enhanced with a the lovely B2 publishingservice. Give it up to all the people who helped me change the template and stuff: the creators, the people, Thomas yEh and last but not least Candle!!
Maybe I can get on doing the stuff I was supposed to, now as my webpage is up again:P
By the way, to check out the archive (which is presently pretty empty) click ‘archive‘ at the top and check the 2 links on your right-hand side: Old Archive (Nov 02 – July 03) and newsfile.txt (the beginning – Nov 02)
Yep! It’s for real this time!
Thanks alot to the people at Tidakada.com: Boardom for helping me out with all the errors that I’ve caused in this beautiful system:)
What is new for you?
– A little adjustments to the design itself, to make it more readable.
– A built-in search engine (temporarily just for firstname.lastname@example.org, this page)
– A tottally new archive system with calendar aso.
– Tighter security for us all, steadier uptime:P
Last night I became aware that Salangen WebDesign‘s homepage is down for the moment, but our guy at Artic Hosting promised us to have it up and running as soon as possible.
I’ve been turned down on two of the two jobs I’ve applied for, so here I go again trying to get a new one. A real drag, but it has to be done…

Yeah. About last night. Well, my life is in a very interesting stage right now, I don’t know where I’ll live any longer. Heck, I don’t even know where in Norway and what I’ll be doing. This whole civilservice thing really stinks. Fourteen months of practically unpaid dirtywork. Well, someone has got to do it. This situation which has painted the horizon we all know as ‘the future’ with a blur which I can’t see through. Peter Wessel Zapffe (1899-1990) actually mentioned something about this in his Den sidste Messias (en. "The last Messiah"). Interesting.
Because of all this I expect my friends to be some kind of anchor to my existence. Oh, don’t ever do that! I know, I know. I rightously give a good Goddamn about most of ’em, but some of them are cool enough. Last night was bad in that sence, in addition I had too much to drink and the band that played ("Trækkplaster") insisted on a loud (,deep) bass which really turns your inside out.
Thinking about it, I think it’s about time to get movin’. Some of these people I know will never get over this stage, but who gives a shit? I don’t.
Now, let’s see if we can get this template finished…
Yep. There are a few of those, let’s all give a hand especially to the folks at the Tidaka boardom forum and Thomas yEh!
What remains before re-relase?
- Fixing the date-header. I think I know what’s wrong. We’ll see.
- The pop-up comments template. Working on it.
I feel awful after last night. Stay tuned and I will tell you more about it.
Yep, I’m really getting the hang of this. After a while playing with FTP, I noticed that I can do most of the editing online, something which may prove very helpful.
Just trying to fix that date-header, but it won’t do as I wants it to…:P
Ey.. I don’t really know the use of these categories, but maybe they’re good for the structure of the archiving aso…
Added a “404” message on the index of Sigg3.net, and a login link+links to the different categories down under. Now I’m just waiting for the commentsystem to be in order..
That’s right! I’m installing a new, more stabile system, that can and will ensure a 99.9% uptime against Blogger.com’s often unstable servers…
But it’s still in the testing-face, so give me a break:)
Design is first priority right now:)
