A priori lunch

Man, these hours before lunch are limbo. I’m too hungry to do proper work and I can’t eat ’cause then I’d have to work when I usually have lunch. As Antony in Shakespeare’s play says:
I am dying, Egypt, dying:
Give me some wine, and let me speak a little. . .
The miserable change now at my end
Lament nor sorrow at; but please your thoughts
In feeding them with those my former fortunes
Wherein I lived, the greatest prince o’ the world

I feel something like that. Never been to Egypt, though. I’ll put it on my to-do list.
