band description: crescent consists of three members, the one more intruiging than the other. kornelius' lead guitar makes for a new kind of ride to the audience, as he makes new types of riffs every day/night. Sigge is a persistant drummer struggling to become a good one, but born with rythm crescent couldn't have been without. Christian is of course our bassplayer, but he plays a more important role in crescent, as our mental backup... music/style: early Seattle-rock/grunge (or as sigge would have put it: postrock:)

similar artists: it's hard to find someone similar, but we have songs VERY identical with songs of our favourite artists whom are many and (extraordinary) varied. musical influences: nirvana, pearl jam, alice in chains, silverchair, guns n' roses, (smashing *fuckin* pumpkins), the wailers, dream theater, east 17 instruments: bass, guitar, vocal and drums (at unplugged gigs or rehearses Sigge playes perc.)

location: crescent members all live in Sjøvegan (but Chris which live on Laberg), which is a small centra of rock in the middle of nowhere, northern Norway. We rock at the rockfactory which is a youth-run project (by youth for youth). Till this day, crescent's still looking for a place of their own.
