There’s just been an explosion in Oslo, close to the offices of the Norwegian govt, central Oslo. No information yet as to wheher or not it’s a bomb. It may be an act of terror, and we’re not amused. But the timing is weird.. let’s keep cool, and check that everyone’s okay.
